Our own Betty Rose Templeton's Grandaughter!
Mr. and Mrs. Louis A. Palomba (Betty Rose Templeton) of Charlotte annouce the graduation of their granddaughter, Jessica Anne Palomba from the United States Air Force Academy. Jessica graduated from Myers Park High School in 2003. While at the academy, Jessica has learned the qualities to be a young officer. She went through Basic Cadet Training, Global Engagement (mock deployment), Survival Training, Operation Air Force at Langley AFB, Va and Anderson AFB, Guam, summer immersion in Nice, France, and she trained new cadets entering the academy. Jessica was also the rifle team captain of the Academies NCAA Division 1 Rifle Team. As a senior, Jessica was the most valuable shooter. After completing a rigorous core of classes and 147 class hours, Jessica will be commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the US Air Force. Her first assignment is at Columbus AFB in Columbus, Mississippi as a Contracting officer. Jessica is also currently engaged to 2nd Lieutenant Timothy M. Siemer of Batavia, Illinois. Jessica is the daughter of Tony and Angela Palomba of Colorado Springs, Colorado.
