Class of 55 News

(News from the Class of '55 Website)

By Joan King Hargett

OCTOBER 28. 2011

OUR CLASSMATE, FRANK CLONTZ, IS IN PRESBYTERIAN HOSPITAL MAIN (VAIL AVE.) IN CHARLOTTE AND HAS PNEUMONIA IN HIS LEFT LUNG. I SPOKE TO HIS WIFE, SHIRLEY, LAST NIGHT AND SHE SAYS THAT HE IS SLOWLY IMPROVING BUT HAS REALLY HAD A ROUGH TIME. FRANK IS INVALUABLE TO OUR CLASS. IN PARTICULAR, HE IS THE ONE THAT WRITES THE INFORMATIVE AND VERY INTERESTING NEWSLETTER AFTER EACH MONTHLY LUNCHEON.

WE APPRECIATE HIM SO MUCH SO LET’S MAKE SURE HE KNOWS WE ARE CONCERNED. SHIRLEY SAYS HE DOES NOT NEED COMPANY AS YET SO I SUGGEST A CARD TO HIS HOME.

HIS ADDRESS IS FRANK CLONTZ,
1140 SHADY BLUFF DRIVE,
CHARLOTTE,NC 28211. ALSO

SHIRLEY ASKED FOR PRAYERS FOR HIM.

(Frank has also been a good friend of this website, offering news tips and encouragement to this CHS54 site!
 Get well soon, Frank!!  -Ed)
