Yes, that's exactly what it is.
I was without a "fix" for only 2 days, during which, I didn't sleep well, didn't do a lot of healthy eating, lost interest in most of my normal activities...such as....like... well.....whatever it is that I do now that I've retired...Anyway, I suffered all the signs of a true addict.....until...the "IT"guy got here and got me "back on the Internet!"...or as my hero Gene Autry used to sing, "Back in the Saddle Again."
Whew, what a relief.
